Shipping

1. All transactions must be made in US Dollars.
2. dgTreasures ships to the contiguous 48 United States by USPS Priority Mail at a flat rate of $4.50 shipping and handling. $4.50 will be added to every purchase of single or multiple items made by Paypal or check/money order.
3. Items purchased by Paypal will usually ship within 1 to 2 business days of receipt of order through the web site, dgTreasures.com.
4. Items purchased by Money Order will usually ship within 1 to 2 business days of receipt of Money Order through the mail.
5. Items purchased by personal check will usually ship within 1 to 2 business days of assurance that the check has cleared my bank.
6. Personal checks that fail to clear will incur a $25 fee and item will not ship until that fee is settled.
7. I reserve the right to turn down orders that ask for items to be shipped outside of the contiguous 48 United States. If you wish to ship elsewhere please contact me in advance of ordering any items to ensure that I will positively ship to your requested destination and what the actual shipping charges will be. Shipping to Canada will almost never be a problem. Shipping to any destination on any US Department of State watch list will never be accepted.
8. Insurance is at my option. I usually determine whether I will buy insurance based on the total cost of the items shipped at one time. For returns I always recommend insurance as I cannot be responsible for items damaged on return.

Returns

dgTreasures is a unique "product" selling site on the internet. All of our creations are essentially one of a kind. Some of my customers have been kind enough to say "works of art". Even the pieces that we make over and over have variations that make them different. Such is the nature of handcrafting. That said, every piece is a "treasure" to your humble artisan and I hope you feel the same. Because of this feeling, we hope that every piece we let loose into the big bad world is worn with the pride I put into creating it.

If, for some reason, your feelings about a piece are not what you or I hoped, I offer a very liberal return policy. I would rather have a piece returned than to have it languish in the bottom of a jewelry box with mass manufactured, store bought jewelry.

The dgTreasures return policy is:

1. All items offered for sale by dgTreasures are warranted to be exactly as described on the individual item pages. No other warrantees or guarantees are implied or offered. Your locality may have regulations that affect this warrantee.
2. dgTreasures will accept the return of a purchase for cash, credit or exchange for up to 30 days after shipping. The item(s) must be pristine and not show any signs of wear or damage, unless damaged in shipping. Nothing leaves my studio damaged.
3. Charges paid for shipping and handling can not be included in the refund.
4. Please contact me in advance before returning any item so I know to expect it. In your contact info, although it isn't necessary, I would appreciate knowing the reason for the return.
5. Return shipping is at your own expense. Insurance is advisable. I cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.
